Your Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of payment. If you prefer delivery by a Carrier of your choice, not listed below, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us informing us of your chosen method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
All Our Items Are Tracked
To ensure that your item is on its way to you, all consignments are tracked. Please note that tracking numbers will only be available when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and the status is set to ‘shipped’. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Please allow several hours for your tracking number to become valid.
Dispatch Time & Tracking
Items ordered before 1pm on Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day provided all items are in stock. Items ordered Monday to Friday after 1pm will be dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If the payment is received over a public holiday or weekend, please allow for a few more days for your delivery. If you have any queries about delivery times, please call our helpline on 0161 224 1957. Please note that in the rare instance when any of the products you order are not in stock at the time of placing your order, we will notify you of the delay.
